Like the eCCF process, the electronic BAT process in FormFox guides the breath alcohol testing technician through the step by step procedure, validating that all required information has been completed, ensuring accuracy of the data, and generating an electronic alcohol testing form. Employers and TPAs are able to search for electronic BAT locations, place orders for BAT services, and receive the BAT results and electronic ATF automatically.

• Collectors will no longer have to key any of the donor or test information into FormFox, as breath alcohol tests can be pre-registered into the system.
• Wizard driven process increases accuracy as collectors are guided step-by-step through the process.
• Collectors will no longer have to fax the completed alcohol testing form, as FormFox will automatically send the completed alcohol testing form and test information back to the ordering entity.
